Changes to Ottawa’s village charter were approved by a 70 percent to 30 percent margin.

Leipsic Schools saw a 5-point-5-2 mill levy pass.

In Van Wert County:

A 1-point-8 mill additional levy for Upper Scioto Valley schools did not receive voter support.
