Hager Church- a man that is currently serving a life sentence for a grizzly murder back in 20-10- was in Judge Jeffrey Reed’s court for an Arraignment on Tuesday.

He faces one count of aggravated Arson- and two counts of Aggravated Murder- both with the possibility of the death penalty.

Church previously confessed to starting a fire back in 2009- that was originally ruled an accident- that killed Massie Flint and Rex Hall.

Church plead not guilty to all three counts- and the first pre-trial date was set for next Thursday.

A motion to set a bond of one million dollars was made by Allen County Prosecutor Juergen Waldick- to make sure the trail stays within the 270 days of being a speedy trial.

Judge Reed told Waldick he will make that decision in the next few days.
