If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Last year, Mark Roy won $200-thousand on the Keno lotto game when he matched all seven numbers with a 4x multiplier, becoming the biggest winner in the state's history.
This month, he played the exact same numbers at the exact same retailer...and won again. This time, he picked up an extra $100-grand. He's planning on spending his latest win on a vacation.
"The numbers - they all mean something to me. They're all family birthday numbers. I'm just ecstatic," Roy explains. "I had a feeling - I got up and said, 'Something good is going to happen today!'" And no, he's not sharing.
