You just never know what you'll see when walking the residential streets in Florida. Residents in one neighborhood found themselves calling the police after they noticed something strange walking on their sidewalk. A nine-foot alligator had been out for a morning stroll.
DeputySteven Ferreiraand trappers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission worked to capture the giant reptile.
The alligator could be heard hissing as it attempted to escape using a "death roll" defensive move.
Trappers were eventually able to wrangle the gator and removed it from the area.
