Miranda Lambert, who celebrated her 36th birthday yesterday, has landed a new Top Ten record. The singer’s latest release, “Wildcard,” moved 53,000 equivalent album units, 44,000 in traditional album sales, to debut at number four on the all-genre “Billboard” 200 Album chart.
The album is actually the only new one to debut in the Top Ten this week, and it’s Miranda’s sixth Top Ten record, following 2007’s “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” 2009’s “Revolution,” 2011’s “Four The Record,” 2014’s “Platinum” (which went to number one) and 2016’s “The Weight Of These Wings.
