Blake Shelton grinned from ear to ear as he emerged from a hallway donning a pink bunny suit as he celebrated Easter on Sunday (April 17). Though the outfit — giving off “pink nightmare” vibes from the beloved 1983 movie A Christmas Story — got a lot of laughs, it apparently wasn’t a hit with everyone.
Carson Daly celebrated Easter in Oklahoma with Shelton, Gwen Stefani and family. Sharing a photo of the “Come Back As A Country Boy” singer holding his screaming 2-year-old daughter, Daly — who officiated Shelton and Stefani’s wedding last year — noted that “Goldie’s not so sure about this Oklahoma [Easter Bunny].” Fans left comments showing sympathy for Goldie (or enjoying the “hilarious” and “hysterical” Easter memory), and Al Roker replied: “Hope Uncle Blake is kicking in for the therapy that will be needed.” See the photo here:
Though Shelton didn’t appear to win Goldie over with his pink bunny suit, others got a good laugh. “Happy Easter everybody,” Shelton captioned his Instagram post when he revealed his Easter suit. “You're welcome.” Stefani took to her own Instagram to share a video of her husband, wishing everyone a “hoppy #Easter from me + the easter blakey.” Watch the video here:
