Guy Hands Out Cash In Upstate New York-Jeff Buell is giving away 50-thousand-dollars of his own money by handing out 100-dollar-bills to complete strangers.
The upstate New York man walks the streets of Troy, choosing people at random and then handing them cash. He says all that he asks for in return is that people be kind to others. His "Do The Next Good Thing" campaign hopes to bring positive vibes to an often chaotic world. Buell says so far he's met with people who play music for senior citizens and others who have donated to Puerto Rico.
