- Men Arrested For Using Walmart Scooters: Two men in Michigan have been arrested for using the motorized scooter in Walmart and drunkenly running into people with them. According to reports, three adults and a child had been “driving around the electric handicap scooters and trying to run into people.” AS soon as the cops showed up, the suspects had been spotting leaving the store “yelling and cursing.” They were warned about the disorderly conduct they faced, but they didn’t stop. Police initially arrested Tommy Fritz, but his buddy OrlandoJ. Simpson continued to yell and curse and also allegedly “came at officers aggressively.” Police say the two had been drinking. Fritz has been charged with resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. Simpson has also been charged with the latter and interfering with law enforcement.
