Bill Cosby may be facing serious jail time, but it's apparently not cramping his social life in the meantime. How do we know? Cops reportedly swarmed Bill Cosby’s mansion in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania earlier this week after receiving a call complaining about noise on the comedian’s street.
According to the dispatch audio, loud jazz music could be heard from Cosby’s property since seven in the morning. Turns out the comedian was celebrating his 81st birthday, and once cops showed up - and perhaps entered the property - everyone piped down.
Here's where it gets odd. Cosby’s reps say it's much ado about nothing - that the cops never entered the property and that the band wasn't shut down. In the statement to TMZ, they added “at least four Montgomery County Patrol Cars are always parked outside Mr. Cosby’s Philadelphia home for security purposes." So he's partying on...and his sentencing is set for September 24th.
