Drivers Create Fake Passengers To Take HOV Lane

: Some drivers will do anything to beat traffic. Police in Washington state recently shared some photos on Twitter of all the creative ways drivers have tried to trick their way into the HOV lane. One features a Halloween skeleton dressed up in a jacket and a baseball cap in the passenger seat. The others also try to make a faux-passenger, one shown dressing up a pillow and another dressing up a mannequin.
