You got to love the lengths people will go to just not to pay for things like a vehicle inspection certificate. One driver tried to get creative in avoiding that official state inspection sticker but the police were not having it.A New Hampshire police officer stopped a car that had a suspicious-looking inspection sticker on Valentine's Day. What the officer had noticed required him to take a second look. The driver put a box of Camel cigarettesin the window and tried to color it to look like an inspection sticker, writing 09-19 on the front of it. "Please do not attempt this," said the local police on their Facebook page. "Get your vehicle inspected according to the law at an official inspection station." The driver was issued a traffic citation.
