Man Stole $1,450 From Arby's Because the Money Was "Calling out" to Him

A Florida man named Christopher Merrickwent into a closed Arby's in Tarpon Springs last week and found a female employee counting cash for the register. So Christopher thought he would help himself and grabbed the cash and ran out of the store.He then headed straight across the street to a McDonald's and hid in the women's bathroom until the cops showed up. They not only found him but the cash he just stole. It turned out he'd stolen $1,450 from the Arby's. When the cops asked Christopher why he stole the money, he said quote, "I saw the money on the counter and it was, like, calling out to me."
