Fans ofMiley Cyrus’“Hannah Montana” just got some exciting news. Billy Ray Cyrus, who appeared on the hit Disney show as Miley’s dad, says the network is thinking of rebooting the series, and he'd be more than happy to sign on.
“They’re talking about doing a prequel, which to me, I would do that in a heartbeat,” he tells Hollywood Life. “Because that means I get to get my mullet back.”
Of course Miley is too old to star in a prequel about her character, but Billy Ray thinks there’s plenty to base the show on. He notes, “I think there’s a whole story that led up to Miley becoming Hannah Montana.”
