Morgan Wallen’s sister, Ashlyne Wallen, is engaged.
Ashlyne wrote in her caption on Instagram on Sunday (August 24) that she said “YES to forever” as she shared stunning engagement photos with fiancé Skylor Morton. others in the country music community — including Travis Denning, Kat Luna, Cole Swindell, HARDY's wife Caleigh Hardy, RaeLynn and more — congratulated the couple in the comments. The “Love Somebody” artist had not publicly commented on his sister's engagement as of publication time on Monday (Augsut 25).
Ashlyne and Skylor welcomed their first child together, daughter Leighton Sky, last summer. They shared news of their daughter’s arrival on Instagram on July 23, 2024. About a month later, the new mom embraced “one month with the most beautiful blessing God has ever given us. Every moment with Leighton is a reminder of His goodness. God is good, and my heart is full🩷”
Two of Morgan’s sisters, Ashlyne and Mikaela, shared an appreciation for music growing up. PEOPLE noted in a previous report that Ashlyne’s backing vocals appear on “Outlook,” which appears on Morgan’s One Thing at a Time record.
